How to get over a break up.

Hello everybody!
It's been a while hasn't it?
God, so much has happened lately!! I've just come back from the beautiful Dutch capital of Amsterdam! Its such an amazing city and I wish i could be back there! Only problem was that I went with a male.... yes... I know.... He's my best friend-- No wait. He WAS my best friend. Well, to cut a long story short, He text me on monday to say that he didn't want to see me anymore.. I was a little broken, to be honest. After all those years of 'friend-zoning' him i never though that HE would dump me!!
So.. what exactly can help you to get over a break up? What can help keep the depression at bay??
Well!!! Unfortunately, I am now an expert!! haha

1. Wine, Wine and more WINE! - As the saying goes, Wine is a girls best friend!! Well, it HAS to be now that my 'man' is nowhere to be seen.... Yet, a man could never make you feel better than a glass or three of wine!!

2. A Pamper evening!! - Nothing beats a pamper evening! Plus, it doesn't break the bank either!! Grab a face mask, your favourite nail varnish, (DO NOT forget wine!), a bowl of popcorn and whack on a DVD!! #UltimateBliss!

3. Your right hand.. - Admit it... A male could never please you more than your right hand could... EVER!

4. And lastly, a good cry - Sometimes we want to show the world that we're absolutely fine, but deep down inside we're actually being torn apart. Sometimes we want to show him that we wouldn't actually give a sh*t if he walked away, but really we're afraid that we won't find anyone who made us feel as wonder struck and utterly starry-eyed as he made us feel. But sometimes, even if it is behind closed doors, we need to just let it all out and accept how we really feel inside.
